March 21, 2007 - Semitool / Tetreon announce the new Semitherm VTP1500X
vertical furnace at Semicon China

The all new VTP1500X vertical diffusion system was announced at Semicon China. This system designed and manufactured by Semitool incorporates a control system developed from the Thermco TMX controller, the de facto standard for horizontal diffusion systems. Tetreon will act as the representative for world-wide sales of this equipment, as well as providing installation and warranty support.

Q4, 2005 - Tetreon launches the PC-Mux.

The PC-Mux is now available as a replacement for all previous generations of TMX. Running on a standard industrial PC and Windows XP Professional software, this product provides an highly cost efficient upgrade for difficult to support TI, Dec VAX, and Sun Unix platforms. July 15, 2005 - Tetreon moves to new premises.

On July 15th, the Company relocated to a new building in the Spring Copse Business Park at Slinfold in west Sussex. Approximately 10 miles from the previous location, this new building of 12,000 sq ft will enable us to enhance the service we can provide to our customers.
